Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 16 June 2026
These terms govern your use of the ReplyFlow website and service at replyflow.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Dutchcode B.V., registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Early access
ReplyFlow is in early access and live: you can create an account, get an inbound address, and receive parsed email on your webhook today. Because the product is still evolving, features, limits, and pricing may change, and there may occasionally be downtime. We'll give reasonable notice of material changes. Paid plans are billed through Stripe and you can cancel at any time from your dashboard; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in and API keys secure. You must own or be authorised to receive email at any address you connect, and you are responsible for the content your inbound mail and webhooks carry. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the Service, break these terms, or threaten its security or stability.
The demo
The live demo on our homepage runs in your browser and is provided for illustration only. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete — don't rely on it for production, and don't paste sensitive or confidential information into it.
Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and for mail you're entitled to receive.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
- Do not point a webhook at, or use the Service to probe, systems you don't control.
- Do not use the Service to send spam or to process unlawful or infringing content.
Intellectual property
The Site, its content, design, and the ReplyFlow and Dutchcode names and logos belong to Dutchcode B.V. and may not be copied or used without permission. Code samples shown on the Site are provided for your own use with your ReplyFlow integration.
No warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or discontinue features at any time, with reasonable notice for material changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Dutchcode B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as ReplyFlow develops; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions? Email support@dutchcode.com.
