Terms of use

Last updated 16 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the ReplyFlow website and the in-browser demo at replyflow.com (the "Site"), operated by Dutchcode B.V., registered in the Netherlands ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Early access — what this is

ReplyFlow is in early access. The Site is a preview and a demo: it lets you see how the product works and join a waitlist. It is not a live paid service yet. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract to deliver any service and does not guarantee future access, pricing, or features. When the paid service launches, it will have its own separate service agreement, which you will be asked to accept at that time.

The demo

The demo runs entirely in your browser and is provided for illustration only. Output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Do not rely on it for production use, and do not paste sensitive or confidential information into it.

Acceptable use

  • Use the Site only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Do not misuse the waitlist form (for example, submitting addresses that are not yours).

Intellectual property

The Site, its content, design, and the ReplyFlow and Dutchcode names and logos belong to Dutchcode B.V. and may not be copied or used without permission. Code samples shown on the Site are provided for your own use with your ReplyFlow integration.

No warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose, and we may change or take down the Site at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, Dutchcode B.V. is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or the demo. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes & contact

We may update these terms as ReplyFlow develops; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Questions? Email [email protected].
